Shaun and I are not huge Valentine’s folks, although neither are we the type who grumble about “manufactured holidays” and “forced love.” We typically view the holiday as a reason to get special treats for our kids and sneak in a yummy meal together. This year, though, Shaun thought it would be fun to make it a weekend away. And it was!
