Heartfulness Meditation with Emmy Vadnais The Heartfulness Meditation is similar to what is known as mindfulness meditation. In this meditation, CoHost Emmy Vadnais guides you to connect with your heart and loving awareness to balance your mind, body, and spirit.  Being present with non-judging awareness, from your heart, allows thoughts, feelings, and emotions to come and go without getting caught up in them. Zen and Koans with Henry Shukman Henry Shukman, MA, is the Spiritual Director Emeritus of Mountain Cloud Zen Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is a teacher in the Sanbo Zen lineage and has trained in various other meditation schools and practices. He has been authorized to teach Mindfulness by Shinzen Young and is a certified dreamwork therapist.
