In this episode, we share about the activity of the Law of Increase in our lives and our challenges with effectively using what we have been given.

Episode 49 - Money, Money, Money
Money has been with us for a looooong time. Bartering - the exchange of goods and services for mutual advantage - started tens of thousands of years ago. The first coins came onto the scene in 1000 BC and paper money showed up for the first time in 806 AD. We had a gold standard for a little over 100 years and dumped that in 1930. Now our money is primarily electronic, something we rarely even touch! Money has taken a lot of forms, but it has been, and still is an integral part of our social structure and everyday lives.

In this episode we talk about how we release worry (and striving) and what we can be assured of, no matter what.

Episode 47 - The Alchemy of Spiritual Understanding
In light of the recent media buzz about the encounter between the Covington Catholic boys, the Native American drummer and the Black Hebrew Israelites on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C., here we enter into dialogue on the transmuting power of Spiritual Understanding. Understanding is our ability to know the Truth that stands underneath what we see and see beyond biases and preconceived ideas. We take a look at our own lives and discover how we can move with ease and grace through triggering moments and uncomfortable situations, and bring a higher vibration to our world.

Episode 46 - What Are You Thinking?
What do you say when you talk to yourself? It's important to watch because our thoughts form our world. In this episode we explore what single limiting thought are we ready to release. It's very often hard to find because we tend to stop at our feeling or a much broader thought than the core driving thought. This is an important first step in creating the lives we truly want to live.

Episode 43 - Entering Joy
Joy is a state of well being that already exists deep inside us. It is a Divine gift - an infinite well - which we can experience independent of circumstances. It is an internal quality and a mystery, because we can actually live in Joy when things are pretty darn awful. We don't look for people, places and things to satisfy our expectations in order to experience Joy. We just need to enter into it. Joy comes from a place of deep connection to Spirit/Source/Higher Self/God. And when we live in Joy, we can share it with the world.

Episode 42 - Choosing Love
We see and hear a lot about love in novels, pop music and movies. It is often wrought with angst, longing, loss of self, and attachment. This is otherwise known as romantic love, and is a distinct part of Western culture. But Real Love endures. It is unconditional and has no boundaries. Real Love frees. It is something that we do, not something that we feel or elicit. Love is the theme of the third week of Advent.
