The D'artagnans put their heads together and conclude that what ails Athena cannot be cured medicinally; Tosh has a stroke of genius and uses a trait of Cruentus in an unusual way. The group makes their way to Solace only to learn that Dona is no longer there. Plans are rearranged to include gaining access to the palace, which puts Río in a precarious position.
