5 Ways To Avoid Burnout & Support Your Mental Health As An Entrepreneur

As ambitious women, burnout is something so many of us face. In today’s episode, I’m sharing five things I do to stay on track when life feels overwhelming.  Besides checking off the basics like quality sleep and nutrition, I try to give myself permission to spend time in my own energy and only consume content that aligns with the person I want to be. I also make a conscious effort to incorporate activities into my schedule that not only push me outside of my comfort zone, but challenge me to accomplish new fitness goals.
