Barossa Valley's Ian Hongell is Chief Winemaker at Peter Lehmann Wines, one of the region's - and Australia's- legendary wineries. Namesake Peter Lehmann was a fifth generation Barossa native who was originally both a winemaker and buyer of grapes for another vintner.
