A Birth Mother’s Story

Terri was 19 years old when her father suddenly died in a car accident, and she had a serious relationship end. She didn’t know how to grieve those losses. She says, “During that time in my life I was an emotional wreck.” She drank too much, and then became pregnant. Although she didn’t know the Lord at that time, today she realizes that God was guiding and directing her. He led her to tell her aunt about the pregnancy. Her aunt prayed for her, offered her support, and connected her to friends that gave her a place to live, and assisted her as she made plans to release her baby for adoption. Join us today as I interview my friend Terri about her journey as a birth mother of a son born more than 40 years ago in Texas.
