Gwendolyn Regina is an Investment Director at BNB Chain. Her main responsibilities include streamlining processes around deal sourcing, investment strategy, portfolio management and growth. As a part of her role she invests in promising projects in the web3 and MetaFi space (GameFi, SocialFi, NFTs etc.), and leads the MVB incubation program, which she set up She has spent 16 years across media, technology, blockchain, and web3 sectors across Asia Pacific, Paris, and Silicon Valley. Previously, Gwen was the head of venture capital partnerships at Meta and built its startup fast-track growth program.Before that, she was Entrepreneur-in-Residence at deep tech investment fund, Entrepreneur First, based in Paris. Prior to that, Gwen built and sold the tech media startup, SGEntrepreneurs to Tech in Asia. Gwen also spearheaded Mashable's expansion into Asia and as a professional host, she hosted a TV documentary on the Internet of Things for ChannelNewsAsia. Jeff is Chief Investment Officer at Arca. Jeff leads the investment committee and is responsible for portfolio sizing and risk management. Jeff has over 17 years of trading and asset management experience at leading firms, including Merrill Lynch and Citadel, where he oversaw trading of over $100 million in proprietary capital. Jeff also served as COO of Harvest Exchange, a FinTech company that is widely used by asset managers and investors. Jeff is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Bernhard Blaha serves as the CEO of the People’s SCE. A serial entrepreneur and pioneer in blockchain and emerging  technologies, Bernhard has extensive expertise at the intersection between the economy and technology. Since 2015, he has been active as a founder, consultant and advisor in the blockchain industry, including founding Herosphere, an esports fantasy betting  platform.  He has made a major contribution to the development of legal and fiscal frameworks on blockchain and co-created the Digital Asset Association Austria to promote engagement with the technology in the country.

My name is Sara Jane, I am an 18-year-old from Ireland. I have been in the web3 space for a few years.
