Jessica joins us this week to discuss her experiences at the Disney Institute in Walt Disney World, where leaders from Disney helped her and her classmates build on their knowledge skills to make them more effective leaders when they returned to company’s. Jessica does an excellent job talking about all that was included in her leadership course, along with some of the things they were able to experience, without giving away too many of the spoilers, for those looking to attend this training in the future. This was a Very Merrytime Sailing over Thanksgiving, featuring stops in Nassau and Castaway Cay. Chris and his family have sailed Concierge aboard all of the DCL ships, so he does a good job comparing the Royal Suite and Concierge experience on the Wish, with the rest of the fleet. Frank and his wife Karen have sailed with DCL numerous times, so he does a great job comparing this trip, too a DCL sailing. Steve and his family just returned from a 7 day cruise out of Port Canaveral, aboard the Disney Fantasy. They sat down several times during this cruise to discuss their stateroom, amazing dining team, all of the fun Holiday events they experienced, along with scuba diving in Cozumel and snorkeling in Grand Cayman.
