On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Lt. General Micahel Flynn joins the show for the first time in nearly four years to discuss today's decision by the federal court of appeals to dismiss all charges against him. Flynn thanked this program and the Levinites for seeing through this set-up from day one and for the overwhelming support he received. Flynn was grateful that the rule of law prevailed but warned that the battle isn't over because Judge Sullivan still has to move forward with the circuit court's order. Then, in breaking news, Attorney Sidney Powell representing General Flynn calls in to explain that Judge Sullivan ordered a stay on his order instead of dismissing the case outright. This is a very odd and rare course of action for any federal judge to take. Despite Sullivan's reticence to honor the circuit court's order, there is still no conceivable way to put Flynn in prison. Later, newly released FBI notes indicate that Barack Obama himself ordered James Comey to investigate Flynn and to withhold information from President -Elect Trump. Later, the Democrats' militant arm of Marxist-anarchist militia men and women, known as ANTIFA have trained with domestic terrorists. Breitbart News reveals that BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors was personally mentored by radicals affiliated with Bill Ayers. The Weather Underground and others of these groups specialized in fire-bombing police stations and government buildings and were subsequently classified by the FBI as domestic terrorists. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, revolutionaries are pulling down statues of any founding father or historical figure that has a link to slave ownership. Taking this knee jerk reaction to its logical extreme would suggest that the Declaration of Independence and the U.S Constitution should no longer apply to them. This would eliminate the very right to protest that the agitators are actively using. Due process, speedy trials, and all other liberties afforded to all Americans was drafted and ratified by two-thirds of Congress. A legislative body made up of slave-owners and free men, from slave states and free states alike. By asserting these documents, movements like Black Lives Matters are tacitly accepting America's history of laws written by White males. This logic is inconsistent with the rhetoric espoused by these movements. Then, liberty wasn't intended to destroy liberty; Americans must never use the Constitution to destroy the Constitution. Law enforcement and intelligence apparatchiks must never be used to stop a political rival. This rejection of the peaceful transition of power breads violence and now it’s metastasizing. Later, Joe Biden and the new left continue the push for free college because most campuses are Marxist training grounds. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Nancy Pelosi has been very selective with her outrage over racism and desire to remove statues. Pelosi has been in Congress since 1981 and has never once even tried to remove any statues. In fact, Pelosi sang the praises of the late Senator Robert Byrd, a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, that Pelosi and then-Vice President Joe Biden, lauded Byrd as the embodiment of the American Dream. Even President Obama failed to acknowledge Byrd's long history as a Klansman. Later, Black Lives Matter co-founder, Patrisse Cullors, openly admits to being a "trained Marxist" yet the media remains silent on the violence born from the movement she helped start. Not a single word from the media on the antisemitism coming from this movement. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Paul Howard, an Atlanta prosecutor, all but tried his case against the police officer in the Rayshard Brooks case on TV. It was shocking that such a spectacle even occurred. This flies in the face of justice and due process; no citizen should ever be denied these fundamental rights. Then, just two weeks ago this same prosecutor charged six cops (five of which are African American) with using a taser as a deadly weapon. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Rayshard Brooks case is not the same as the George Floyd case. Floyd was handcuffed face down and was not resisting. Brooks fought the officers, took their taser, and then fired it at the police officer pursuing him. The officer discharged his weapon to stop Brooks who died as a result. Then, the Democrat Party was the party of the confederacy and slave owners. The statues being pulled down are of Democrats, Jefferson Davis was a Democrat, Democrats wore white hoods and white robes and terrorized Black people. The Democrat Party elected a KKK leader, Robert Byrd to the US Senate. The Democrat Party should not get a pass on this. Based on the left's failed logic, every label of the Democrat Party affixed to any building, monument, program or otherwise should have the name of the Democrat Party name wiped off of them. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, many define Liberty differently than the statist-progressives do. Leftists rarely quote Lincoln. Could it be because he was the Great emancipator? Or is it because of Lincoln's commitment to Liberty over Tyranny? Isaiah Berlin's concept of positive and negative liberty is that negative liberty is the absence of obstacles, barriers, or constraints. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Abraham Lincoln's second inaugural address was a compelling address focused on faith, harmony, and unity. Lincoln urged "With malice toward none; with charity for all; with firmness in the right, as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in; to bind up the nation’s wounds; to care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphan—to do all which may achieve and cherish a just, and a lasting peace, among ourselves, and with all nations.” Then, Speaker Nancy Pelosi calls for statues that have been in the Capitol building to be removed. Interestingly when she was Speaker, Barack Obama was President, Joe Biden was Vice President, and Harry Reid was Senate Majority Leader (all four of them Democrats) they did nothing to remove the statues then. Later, the violence that the hard left has embraced is the acceptance of totalitarianism. The media's silence is the acquiescence of the takeover of a Seattle police precinct and six blocks surrounding it. Afterward, the Democrats thrive when Americans have their hands at each other's throats. Sen. Tim Scott is labeled "a token" by the left for being a successful African American because he's a Republican and the left never seeks to lift up, they only seek to tear down.
