The additional spying was aided by an executive from an internet company and did so at the behest of the Hillary Clinton campaign. On the Best of Mark Levin, following the resignation of Justice Stephen Breyer, President Biden has said that he will nominate the first Black woman to be the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. The practice of hiring someone based on race or sex has been found to be unlawful for schools, businesses, and others but when Biden does it it’s no longer a problem. The perverse ideology of American Marxism has crept into every facet of our government including the judiciary. The race is on between the U.S and the Chinese to retrieve America's most advanced stealth fighter jet which has reportedly slid off the deck of a U.S Navy aircraft carrier in the South China Sea. U.S officials are concerned about China salvaging the aircraft before they do, to have a sample of the Navy's most elite warplane. Then, many are concerned with why America should do anything with Ukraine. If the U.S ignores its responsibility to defend Ukraine under the Budapest Memorandum of Security Assurances of 1994 it would be violating its part of the treaty. The founders warned against an activist court. Where is judicial review in the Constitution? It's not. This power exercised by the Supreme Court known as judicial review started in Marbury versus Madison. Jefferson noted that declaring what the law is, has more influence than every other branch of government. This practice contravenes the Constitution and is an authority given to the Court by itself, not by the framers or We The People. The constitutional case for the 2020 election in Pennsylvania that was brought by Greg Teufel and Julie Levin scored a victory today in the state's Commonwealth Court. The court ruled that the practice of no-excuse mail-in ballots, put in place by Democrats right before the 2020 election was unconstitutional. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, China, North Korea, Iran, and Russia are not our friends despite what the Russis-philes in both political parties, on radio, and on television say. President Biden capitulated to Iran agreeing to their nuclear deal, and after being tested by Iran he's bent over backward to accommodate Putin as well. Biden has the power to destroy the Russian economy and the Chinese economy but has chosen to destroy the U.S economy instead. The U.S needs to take an offensive posture to the east of Russia in all NATO allied nations to send the right message, but will we deal with Putin or whine about forever-wars? The laws of economics don't apply to Biden, and he's turned a blind eye to inflation, immigration, fentanyl, and American energy independence. Later, the Canadian government can end the trucker's protest by simply ending the vaccine mandate, the pandemic has dissipated greatly. Even though these truckers were hailed as hero essential workers at the height of the pandemic delivering food and supplies while everyone was locked down at home they are now being mistreated. Even though they spend most of their day alone in the cab of their truck, the Canadian government is doubling down on the vaccine requirement. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party crush the American attitude and zap the American Spirit. As pointed out by Robert Spencer, and admitted by the Democrats themselves, their whole push against Donald Trump is to prevent Trump from ever holding public office again. This is a dirty trick from Democrat legal Svengalis to use an old law that was used to keep Confederates from ever holding office after the Civil War to smear and stop their political opponents. This is a war against the psyche of Americans. Then, Sen. Mitch McConnell interferes in Republican primary elections to surround himself with candidates to empower his own position, not the nation's, not the Senates, and not the Republican Party's. America goes nowhere with Mitch McConnell. Later, author Julie Kelly calls in to discuss today's bombshell update in the January 6th court saga. It was revealed by the judge that the whereabouts of then-Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris were misrepresented by the government in their filings. It turns out that Harris was at the DNC offices where a pipe-bomb was reported, and that Vice President Pence was also not in the building at the time of the breach as reported. Will the Judge hold anyone in contempt? Will the trespassing charges stick since that was the reason the building was off-limits? Afterward, Congressman Troy Nehls, a former Sheriff, caught the Capitol Police taking photos of the whiteboard in his office on a Saturday Afternoon. The Capitol Police claimed that they found his door open and entered to investigate. They then claimed that the information on the whiteboard was suspicious, so they took photographs of it. Nehls is pushing back because his legislative priorities noted on the board in his office fall under the speech and debate clause of the Constitution. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL Radio Host Larry O'Connor fills in for Mark. The Democrats would use the power of the federal government to enforce pandemic mandates even more than they have if they could. Stacey Abrams was forced to eat crow and sort of apologizing after taking a maskless photo with a group of students that she required to wear masks while in her presence. Of course, she was only sorry that she got caught, not for being a hypocrite. Perhaps they should take a page from VA Governor Glenn Youngkin who promised to leave the choice of masking kids to their parents. Even blue states like Democrat-run New Jersey have opted to oppose the teacher's union and end the mask mandates. Then, voters need to hold the Democrats accountable for playing their political games by using their strongest weapon - their vote. Moms and Dads must make these politicians pay for ignoring the data while claiming to follow the science. Afterward, teachers’ union head Randi Weingarten says she'll concede to ending the mask mandate once COVID is gone. Weingarten and the teacher’s union have pressured the politicians long enough and if they had their way, there wouldn't even be in-person learning. Later, the government's suggestion to silence Joe Rogan is proof of their political thuggery. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Republicans can never advance the cause of liberty as long as political thugs like Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, or his carbon copy cronies are in power. He's done nothing to advance the conservative movement. How often has McConnell appeared on conservative media outlets? He hasn't, he exploits the grassroots Constitutional base for their election while resenting what they stand for. The media rarely attacks these Senate Republicans because they work hand in glove with the media. Has McConnell called for the impeachment of President Biden? Of course not, he's a Svengali that makes raw brash power-grabs to replace conservatives with moderates that he can control. Then, January 6th was not a violent insurrection. The only person that was killed was shot by the Capitol Police. Therefore, Democrats within the media and their partners in the Republican Party like McConnell, Adam Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, have to lie and twist the truth to include people that died from natural causes while near the Capitol (per the DC Medical examiner's report). Later, a BLM arsonist that burned a building and killed a man is requesting leniency and has not been charged with the death of the man found in the pawnshop he burned. Yet, McConnell and the Democrats are focused on the people being charged with trespassing at the Capitol Building. The insurrection didn't start on January 6th, it started when they tried to oust a sitting president in any number of ways that skirted the intent of our Constitution from attacking him internally to changing the voting laws in the 2020 election. Afterward, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich calls in regarding another lawsuit he's filed against the Biden Administration for failing to keep the country and Arizona safe by securing the southern border. Our ally Israel is a democracy yet their law enforcement and judicial systems have been politicized to go after political rivals. Israeli police used spyware called Pegasus to spy on Benjamin Netanyahu's family, government colleagues, and journalists covering him before any investigations were even launched. This threat to the civil society is the greatest threat facing us today. Then, the left within the media has embraced Mike Pence for saying that he disagreed with President Trump that he could send the electoral ballots back to the states. The media has inaccurately portrayed this as Pence picking the next president - it's not. It was simply Pence's interpretation of his authority under the Constitution over whether he even had such authority. Later, Convention of States CEO Mark Meckler calls in to discuss a big upcoming vote in South Dakota that needs our support but could be blocked by Republicans that don't want to lose power. Meckler underscored the need for strong leadership to secure the 18 votes needed for a convention of states. On the Best of Mark Levin, the question of whether the Vice President can serve as a tie-breaker on a Supreme Court nominee has been asked. This likely won't happen or even be necessary as the RINO republicans will probably support President Biden's nomination. A tie-breaker vote is highly questionable in the confirmation of a jurist with a lifetime appointment that the VP's boss had nominated. Any justice confirmed by the VP's tie-breaker would likely always be viewed as illegitimate. Biden's weakness and mental deterioration have invited our enemies to become more aggressive toward the United States and our allies. In 1994 Ukraine relinquished its nuclear weapons in exchange for the U.S, Russia, and England to provide security assurances under the Budapest memorandum. Some say that this is not the U.S's problem. By that logic, was Poland our problem? Did Russia develop hypersonic missiles to attack Ukraine? Of course not, they developed them for use against the U.S. Then, Trump said Biden's reckless withdrawal from Afghanistan is the lowest moment in the history of our country. Trump criticized the 2020 election as a third world election adding that Democrats must be stopped from conducting a federal takeover of US elections. Whoopi Goldberg denies racist comments about the Holocaust because she denies the hatred towards Jews. Whoopi says that it was about hatred toward mankind, but not about race, per see. Later, Communist activist Angela Davis was also on Good Morning America posing as a political analyst discussing why Biden's pick must be a communist-sympathizing Black woman. There is an information war going on, and we were warned about it by none other than Ronald Reagan. The media is leading this charge, constantly covering for President Biden after a year of lying about Donald Trump, proving they are the enemy of the people. Also, things are out so of control in New York City that Biden had to visit and blame lack of funding among other things. This comes after years of the pro-crime Left's push to defund police.
