On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, July 4th, 1776, didn't just happen it was carefully planned. A lot of blood was spilled to achieve independence from England. There were protests and then massacres over taxation. In the Spring of 1774, following the Boston Tea Party, laws were passed to pay for the housing of British soldiers and demand restitution for the lost tea. Next, the British planned to take the gun powder of the militiamen and this led to Paul Revere’s famous midnight run warning that "The red coats are coming!" which set off the Revolutionary War. Then, Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson has been sworn in as the newest Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. By her own admission during her confirmation hearing, Brown-Jackson wouldn't commit to a philosophy of natural rights or rights that are endowed to us by God our creator. Later, President Biden was embarrassingly asked if America was going backward while he was in Spain and trashed the US Supreme Court in the process. Biden's misstatements embolden the radical culture of death perpetrated by the left. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, in less than 24 hours many in the media, conservative and otherwise, were duped by the testimony of one aide who was not a senior staffer to the President and had not been an eyewitness to anything. The uncorroborated testimony of Cassidy Hutchinson, without any cross-examination, was almost immediately challenged as false by the United States Secret Service. The agents in question are willing to testify to correct her false testimony. Then, the J6 committee doesn't want truth and the media doesn't want it either. The Committee has now subpoenaed former white House Lawyer Pat Cipollone knowing full well that he can't waive attorney-client privilege. They do this so that they can then say he refused to cooperate and continue their obstruction narrative. They could have subpoenaed him a long time ago but wanted until now. Irrespective of Cassidy's previous four testimonies, Cippalone was always the White House Lawyer. Afterward, crimes are being concocted, criminal laws are being stretched, and the law is being used to break the law just to go after citizens that disagree about politics. The arrogance of the left is such that they would stretch the limits of federal statutes to try and indict a former president in order to determine the outcome of the next presidential election. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the left's attack on Donald Trump is really an attack on America and each and every one of us. The airwaves are filled with leftwing reporters and former federal prosecutors distorting the notion of what truth really is. The rationale for a surprise emergency January 6 hearing doesn't add up. Cassidy Hutchinson (the J6 Committees witness) claimed that Trump lunged toward the agents driving him on January 6th. But Secret Service agents have come forth and said that Trump never lunged for the steering wheel of the Presidential limo and are prepared to testify under oath. Afterward, former Pentagon Chief of Staff, Kash Patel, calls in to explain that he witnessed Trump, in the presence of the Sec. of Defense, authorized up to 20,000 National Guardsman to the Capitol which was declined by the Mayor of Washington DC and the Capitol Police and reported in the recent timeline released by the DC Metropolitan Police. Patel reiterated that the Oval Office is a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and that Cassidy Hutchinson was not even authorized to attend such a meeting let alone have access to any intelligence coming from it. Patel has submitted his testimony to the committee although the committee was not interested in publicizing his transcripts. Then, 50 people died being smuggled in a tractor near the southern border. How many more people have died crossing the border while Biden has been president? Yet the hellish border remains open and people will continue to enter the country, some dying along the way, while Biden's Administration sits on its hands. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Democrat party doesn't support Roe v. Wade, what they really favor is infanticide. Americans must push back. Dishonest ideologically driven people who've taken over the Democrat Party want to take over this country by insisting that they destroy our Constitution and whatever they disagree with. Then, high school football Coach Joseph Kennedy was vindicated by the Supreme Court after he was fired for saying a prayer during high school football games. The Supreme Court ruled that this was not a government establishment of religion and that Kennedy's first amendment rights were being violated by the school. Justice Sotomayor, like many others, misunderstood Jefferson's call for a separation between church and state; the phrase appears in a letter he wrote, not in the Constitution. Incidentally, Jefferson was not at the Constitutional convention he was in France, and this very concept of the "separation between church and state’ was later advanced by a lawyer for the KKK. Later, Democrats incite violence across America. They malign Congresswoman Lauren Boebert in the media. Plus, one Democrat state Senate candidate shows her true colors on a tape leaked by Project Veritas. Afterward, former Sen. Now in the form of a bill misleadingly named the 'Civics Secures Democracy Act' creates a federal mandate for this curriculum to enhance the teaching of 'racial inequities' and a national test with a new woke vision of history and civics. This national test would usurp the power of local school boards and nationalize neighborhood classrooms. President Biden has called for a gas tax holiday, something that Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi have called a gimmick since it does nothing to address increasing domestic oil production, which would offset the price. It's simple supply and demand economics, yet Biden refuses to allow any oil drilling on leased land controlled by the federal government. Sadly, Biden cowers to the Sierra Club and leftwing radical environmentalists to decrease production which drives up the cost and forces Americans out of their cars and into public transportation in the name of an environmental emergency, and the same will happen with single-family housing. Then, Biden continues to claim that inflation was caused by the war in Ukraine, yet the Federal Reserve chairman admits that inflation was high even before the war. The children in Uvalde didn’t have a chance because they had armed, trained grown men with body armor who did nothing. The Uvalde school district Police Chief is a coward. Steve McGraw, Director of the Texas Public Safety Department says this response, which was delayed by over an hour, was an abject failure. Armed officers stood by under the Chief's order while children were executed. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the Roe v. Wade decision has been overturned by the Supreme Court, but it began to unravel 20 years ago with the Casey decision. The court never had a right to rule on abortion, and today the court returned power that should have never been taken in the first place. Roe v. Wade upended 180 years of jurisprudence when it was wrongly decided. The case violated the equal protection rights of the unborn baby, which the court deemed viable in their decision. This decision takes the federal court out of the bedroom. Most Democrats and media mouthpieces haven't even read the Roe or Casey decisions, which is why they don't understand today's decisions and concurrences. Later, Sen. Mike Lee joins the show to explain how the Constitution was vindicated by the Court's correction of this erroneous law made by a judicial oligarchy imposing its own will, and as a result, more babies can live their lives. The Supreme Court found that New York's 'proper cause' law violated the second amendment and prior case law. No special need or 'proper cause' is needed, as that would violate the 14th amendment. There is no need to demonstrate 'proper cause' for one's right to free speech or any other Constitutional right, and as such one's right to protect themselves in their home extends outside their home as well. A state's regulations may not impede one's constitutional right. Then, the DOJ raided the home of Jeffrey Clark a former DOJ official from the Trump era. Several of Mr. Clark's colleagues are now trashing him, and it seems odd. House Republicans have announced preliminary findings of their investigation into Speaker Pelosi's failure to secure the capitol on January 6th.
