This week on The Mark Levin Show, while the establishment claims that Republican candidates are running on the unconstitutional raid at Mar-a-Lago it simply isn't true. Despite much talk about it, candidates must run on their records and against President Biden's. Lamentably, there is no establishment media for the conservative movement so 'We The People' must fight like we're behind, in order to win seats in Congress this November. President Biden will give a speech to explain how democracy is under attack, not by China, Iran, or Russia, but by conservative Republicans. This is from the same Joe Biden who has supported racist segregationists, tried to destroy the first black Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, and denied the first Black woman nominated to the high court, Janice Rogers Brown. Clearly, Biden knows who is writing the history books so he's doing whatever he wants, and he doesn't care if he turns Americans against each other.  The DOJ filing defended their Mar-A-Lago search and the unauthorized removal of former President Trump's passports stating that it was necessary to stop the threat to national security posed by the three classified documents they found in Trump's desk. 'Hiding' documents on one's desk is the best way to hide them and commit obstruction, right? On Friday's Mark Levin Show, why did former AG Bill Barr stay with the Trump Administration as long as he did if Trump was as bad as he said he was? Barr erroneously assumes that the appointment of a Special Master for the FBI raid is a red herring when the issue at hand is the protection of privilege or one's fourth amendment right. If privilege simply didn't matter then it wouldn't be part of the Presidential Records Act. Then, this program will never defend the people that broke into the Capitol on January 6 and attacked cops. However, the greatest war this country has ever fought was the Civil War. Abraham Lincoln's second inaugural address preached unity and reconciliation for the nation when he said "With malice toward none and charity for all." Lincoln didn't condemn the confederate Democrats or mention the names of political opponents because he didn't want to even the score, he wanted to keep the nation together. By contrast, President Biden's speech did the exact opposite. Afterward, Sen. Ron Johnson calls in with an update on his senate race. Johnson also called out the FBI for corruption when they presented phony briefings to senators to smear them. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden gave an address from Independence Hall in Philadelphia where the American Revolution was launched. Biden and the Democrats keep alienating and lying to the American people and the people keep pretending to believe it. He labeled "MAGA Republicans" and election-deniers as a threat to our democracy. Biden called on all Americans to come together in the face of what he called extremism (soccer moms and conservatives). Then, Democrats are trying to change our entire political system. In Alaska, the California-born rank-choice voting was used to disenfranchise voters and defeat former Governor Sarah Palin who was running for Congress.  Later, Former South Carolina Governor and Ambassador Nikki Haley calls in to blast Biden for maligning Republicans while Democrats dehumanize minorities and divide Americans with his hateful MAGA-Fascism rhetoric. Haley also called New York State Attorney General Letitia James to the carpet for leaking the names of donors to her policy advocacy organization. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the DOJ filing defended their Mar-A-Lago search and the unauthorized removal of former President Trump's passports stating that it was necessary to stop the threat to national security posed by the three classified documents they found in Trump's desk. Later, China's claim that they own Taiwan is bull. Taiwan was a territory of Japan more than 100 years ago. The communist Chinese must be stopped. Fetterman's far-left radical views are outside of the norm in Pennsylvania in so much as he advocates for public drug use and has bragged about pardoning murderers from prison. Because the Democrats defunded them and now cities across America are suffering. Incidentally, the Democrats blame the Republicans for this. Afterward, Mikhail Gorbachev passed away. Gorbachev was critical of Putin saying he's created a sham democracy. Finally, US Senate candidate for Nevada, Adam Laxalt, former Attorney General of Nevada, joins the show to discuss how the border patrol has endorsed his race. Instead, they will represent individual congressional districts so one should view much of this data as skewed and be skeptical of it. Later, despite the FBI's prior delays they have now reviewed all of Donald Trump's documents in record speed before the court could appoint an independent special master to protect privileged information. This program believes that the Judge should request the names of anyone that reviewed any documents, and their chain of custody, after it was announced on Saturday that the Court was leaning toward appointing a special master. Afterward, the FBI Agent that led the investigation into former President Trump, Tim Thibault, has been escorted from the office. We are in the midst of an American cold war, where the forces of tyranny battle with forces of liberty using the legal system, public schools, the government, and the media to advance their agenda. The Constitution provides no authority to any President of the United States to unilaterally forgive any debt owed to the people without any legislation from congress. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the idea that former President Trump stole documents when he has the utmost authority to declassify records that are classified or otherwise is moronic. He is not subject to criminal charges because the Presidential Records Act anticipates the nuance of any president leaving office and retaining documents, this is absurd. The government had less-intrusive options but opted for the most aggressive means possible because it allowed them to seize as much as they felt like. It's clear that in this case, Donald Trump is below the law as he's been treated worse than any other citizen would be. Then, a full-fledged operation in Fairfax Virginia is underway to push transgenderism on kids. This would not happen in Florida as Governor Ron DeSantis and the parents are working together to prevent it. Afterward, Congressman Lee Zeldin, candidate for Governor of New York, calls in to discuss New York Governor Kathy Hochul's comments about conservatives not being real New Yorkers and banishing the to Florida. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden signed college student loan forgiveness for up to $10,000. How do you reduce the deficit and inflation by spending trillions of dollars and creating more debt? We are rewarding those that aren't abiding by what they promised to do - and pay back their loans.
