Eastmans' Elevated

In this episode Brian sits down with Ike Eastman and Mike Glover. Mike is the founder of Fieldcraft Survival, a special forces military veteran and backcountry hunter. The guys talk over his journey into hunting and some of the skills and mindset that he has brought from his military training. Mike Glover is an amazing human and the guys have a great conversation all about the adventure of backcountry hunting.

In this episode, Brian sits down with professional hockey player Brad Marchand. Brad loves western bowhunting, so the guys hit it off right away. He is at the absolute top of his game in an extremely competitive sport. The guys talk about the correlation between hockey, bowhunting and life. They talk about impostor syndrome, confidence and self improvement. This is a fascinating conversation between a couple like minded bowhunters.

This week Brian sits down with Butch Whiting from Kryptek along with Ike Eastman. Butch and Ike are old friends so its a fun episode to listen to. They talk about Kryptek gear, fit, performance, camo patterns and about how the idea of Kryptek started and how the relationship between Kryptek and Eastmans' was forged. The guys start by talking about health and fitness and then get into the 2021 hunting season. They talk about elk hunting, mule deer and whitetails. Willi goes on some awesome adventures and has great insight into what it takes to find success. It's a great live conversation between two passionate big game hunters.

In this episode Brian sits down with Charles Witwam from Howl. Howl is an organization that is fighting for our hunting rights. Howl informs us and allows us to unite and make our voices heard. They take the fight to these battle ground states. HOWL has created a system to send emails to the right people, committees, and law makers at the right time to make a difference for hunters. This is a great organization and great podcast this week on Eastmans' Elevated.

This week Brian has Robby Denning back on the podcast. Robby is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to mule deer, and he gained such a high level of understanding from years of scouting and hunting mule deer. This makes for a great podcast, as the guys hone in on hunting the rut. It's one of the best times to kill a big mule deer, but there is not a lot of information out about it. This podcast solves that issue, as these two muley fanatics dive deep on the muley rut.
