Incredibly in her first race back in 2019, she won gold at the Antwerp World Cup with a blistering run, and has since set her sights on the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

New Zealand's Ryan Sissons took the difficult decision to retire from triathlon following the postponement of Tokyo 2020, but after two Olympic appearances, two World Cup wins and a never less than eye-catching career, there's plenty of stories and memories for one of the most outspoken of triathletes to chew over with us before he says goodbye.

Three-time Para Triathlon World Champion Lauren Steadman was back to racing in style with gold in Portugal's Alhandra World Cup in October. For the British star of the small screen and the start line, it's now all sights set to Tokyo and some unfinished business to take care of as he prepares for her fourth Paralympics appearance.
