Healing Leaky Gut with a Low FODMAP Diet
The low FODMAP diet can be very helpful for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It has been shown to decrease gas, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and may also help constipation. Some have expressed concern that a low FODMAP diet decreases intestinal bacteria, which is debatable.
