Is it shameful to have weaknesses? So often, we feel like we have to "fake it till we make it" or pretend like we've got it all together. But what if we were just honest about where we struggle? Today our pastor Karl Romeus talks about what happens when we are honest with God and ourselves and how we will begin to realize that God has enough grace for all people.

Believing in Jesus doesn't mean life gets easier or that difficulties don't happen. So how are we supposed to experience contentment in the middle of our hardship? Our College Pastor, Ben Chavez, shares vulnerably what God has been teaching him and his family through infertility, faith, and practicing contentment.

Doubt and faith are not mutually exclusive. Doubt is simply part of the faith journey, Jesus knows that and he’s strong enough to handle it. He will love you in the midst of your doubt.

Find a way to remember and live out the truth that Jesus set you free so that you could enjoy your freedom. How do we do that? We do that by getting out there and enjoying the things that ARE within Jesus’ boundaries of freedom. For the love of God, learn how to truly enjoy your life and freedom.

Even though it’s gonna take the rest of our lives, we're confident that he who began a good work in us WILL carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Let’s keep chasing after the stuff Jesus is teaching us.

Very few of our biggest mistakes and regrets started with the goal of blowing up our lives. How many of our biggest regrets started with "I’m just going to do this one time," and now it's taken on a life of its own? We told ourselves that we wanted to have it; now, it has us. We're humans too, we get it, but the good news is we can prevent this from happening again as we put the pieces back together. Today Jim will walk us through Proverbs as we look at wise ways to approach sin and temptations and set ourselves up to experience fewer regrets and mistakes.

Through a very flawed system and through very flawed people, God is still able to do and accomplish all that he sets out to do.

 Learn to use your words wisely. We're called to bring healing and blessings to others and avoid using our words to divide or promote ourselves. Confidently use our words to empower and encourage others. 

Oftentimes the things we want the most, we end up spending the least amount of time on because we're distracted. As we dig into Proverbs today, be thinking about what's distracting you.

The greatest threat to Christianity today is Hypocrisy. All of us are broken people, trying and working to line our lives up with what God says is right and true, and best. And while the purpose of the hospital is to help heal the sick, if the people in the hospital aren’t trying to heal and get better, that’s not a hospital. That’s hospice. If we are not actively letting God heal us and working on it—then it’s going to hurt us, it’s going to hurt the next generation, it’s going to hurt the church, and ultimately that hurts the world.
