A true believer in inclusivity in education, holding a firm belief that all children should have access to the highest quality of education in a warm and nurturing environment. Jessica was delighted to be appointed to her first Headship in September and and is extremely proud to now lead a large comprehensive secondary school. On the show we discuss how to prepare for the role and tips for managing new stakeholders. Ultimately students are the key focus for any leadership role and drive behind a successful team.
