Conspiracy in Canton: Episode 4 - Fighting For Technology Anyone who has spent any time watching true crime can tell you technology is one of the primary ways law enforcement agencies are able to solve crimes. The controversial case of Karen Read gets more interesting as we take a look at the searches done following John’s death. One of the largest blizzards in Boston history was moving in, causing less than ideal conditions for a search. The first search, with only a couple of inches of snowfall on the ground and daylight working in their favor, turned up broken cocktail glass pieces and 6 drops of frozen blood. SERT team comes in 12 hours later, after 2 feet of snow has fallen and the sun has set, and they suddenly find pieces of Karen’s taillight AND John’s missing shoe. Is this coincidence? Or conspiracy?
