Our guest this week is Dominic Venegas, a bartender turned brand ambassador, who has an encyclopedic knowledge of both spirits and cocktails. Over the years, he has worked at some of the industry's most influential bars in both San Francisco and New York, including Bourbon & Branch, and the NoMad Bar. During much of this time, he was also working at a boutique bottleshop during the day, so that he could beef up his spirits knowledge while he wasn't shaking drinks. Years later, he is now nominated for brand ambassador of the year, for his work representing one of the world's most prestigious whiskey portfolios. Giving this episode a title was a bit difficult, as Joe Schofield is so well-versed in so many areas of the cocktail world that it can be quite difficult to narrow things down.
