the Coaching Studio with Guest Ihab Badawi, MCC
Welcome to the Coaching Studio. In this episode let's get to know Ihab Badawi, MCC. Ihab Badawi is a Corporate Advisor and a Master Certified Coach specializing in the Leadership field. I enjoyed this interview and it really started when Ihab shared, "And this just hit me that coaching is one of the most transformative approaches that a leader can take. And since then I embarked on this journey and I've been addicted to that journey since it led me to leave the corporate world and establish uh an entity to support other leaders across the globe.""What does it mean for me to open it up and embrace my own emotions and open up for emotion with the client, I don't want to go there. And his advice, and I really thank him for that, he said like just give it one more day and just let it be. And that is the point where the second day we talked about vulnerability and then I knew the power as a leader, how much you can evolve by being vulnerable. And as a human being at the end of the day. And this took a lot of research from me because now I advocate that if you're in the corporate, all life coaching, or executive coaching, it doesn't matter there is the human being behind that."His book, Transcendence Leadership Coach will be published soon. the Coaching Studio – Jo Lanigan, MCC
Welcome to the Coaching Studio. In this episode let's get to know Jo Lanigan, MCC. There are many interesting intersections that lead a person from one side of the world to do something, and then transition their life halfway across the planet, only to find themselves doing something completely different.Jo started out having worked hard to be a perfectionist. Everything had to be right. And the growth that comes with letting go and not having to be perfect is a big part of this conversation. It’s so beautiful to see when newer coaches can say, hey, it’s okay, I don’t have to be perfect. But just to be so present with their client that they create this bubble. And they, they forget about the next question that they’re just so present with them. Just hearing the magnificence of what comes from the client. As one of the first pioneers and champions of professional coaching. She served as a founding ICF Executive Board member and was the chair of developing the Credentialing paths for both coaches and coaching schools.Learn from Jo Lanigan about the transformative experience she had, as she made her journey to MCC.Learn more about Jo's work on this website.Podcast Website for Transcript, Links, and Guest Information Host: Lyssa deHart, LICSW, MCC Music: Frolic by Harrison Amer Production Editing: Lyssa deHart Social Media and Communications: Michele LoganOriginally recorded 7/13/21 Season 5 Host: Lyssa deHart, LICSW, MCC, BCCLet's Connect on LinkedInWebsite Lyssa deHart Producer: Michele Logan Video Editor: Sebastian Crespo Social Media: Luciana Bottini Music: Frolic by Harrison Amer Subscribe, Rate, & Follow on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
