For the sake of your agency, for the sake of your company partners, and for the sake of your clients. You don’t want to spend years as an underperforming, unhappy, unsatisfied insurance producer. There are only two choices: Quit or commit to being the best producer you can be.

Do the thing......

"Do the thing and then you will have energy to do the thing." Emerson Several years ago when our top agency producer told me to just pick up the phone and make the calls was an example of "doing the thing." I did not “feel” like picking up the phone that day. However, when I went ahead took “action” and made the call, I suddenly gained more energy to make more calls and other productive activities. My action led my motivation, not the other way around. Go "Do the thing" you need to do.
