Jonathan Farber: How To Find Your Rhythm To Things Meet Jonathan, is a side hustle real estate investor.  He was able to achieve financial freedom at 27 and leave his corporate enterprise technology sales job to focus on traditional rentals, short term rentals, airbnb arbitrage and wholesaling, podcasting and course creation. He started with househacking from 21-25 and then started buying traditional rentals and short term rentals with creative acquisition and financing strategies.
