At age eight, David Rousseau was recruited into a secret space program jointly run by the US and France, and served for 20 years before being age-regressed and returned back in time to 1981. In this first interview for an English-speaking audience, David explains how an alien abduction at age six first brought him to the attention of secret space program authorities. He was recognized to have exceptional psychic and intuitive abilities which led to him accepting an offer by an American general, who spoke French, to join a joint secret space program. In 1981, David was sent to Area 51 for his initial training and induction into a joint secret space program called “Solar Warden”. He was then sent to serve on the Solaris, one of at least two large spacecraft belonging to the US French Secret Space Program. There he met with Maria Orsic who trained him and other children to develop their psychic abilities. It was during his initial service on the Solaris, that David met Jean Charles Moyen (another US French secret space program participant), then aged 12, and they became firm friends and colleagues. Their mutual recognition 40 years later is discussed in the second volume of David’s four volume series of books which was recently published in French, and will soon be available in English. In this interview on Exopolitics Today, David Rousseau discusses his extraterrestrial experiences, service in the US French secret space program, covert missions to Mars, and knowledge of different extraterrestrial organizations interacting with humanity. David’s public emergence, along with the testimony of Jean Charles Moyen, provides importance eyewitness accounts of the existence of a joint US French secret space  program, and its evolution into an international secret space program.

Niara Terela Isley served in the US Air Force from 1979 to 1983 and specialized in the newly developed "autotrack radar" designed to lock on to and track surface-to-air missiles and anti-aircraft artillery using precision LASER technology. After completing her training, she was stationed in 1980, at Nellis Air Force Base, from which she assigned on a rotational weekly basis to Tonopah Test Range in Nevada over a three month period.    At Tonopah she was asked to attempt to track advanced aerospace vehicles including up to ten flying saucers with the cutting edge autotrack radar.  After completing the task she was assigned by superiors—where the autotrack radar was unable to lock onto the flying saucer craft— she was taken to the Area 51/S-4 facility where she was subjected to trauma based mind control that involved her memories being wiped. Later she remembered that she was used as slave labor in a highly classified program that involved Gray and Reptilian extraterrestrials. During this 3 month period, she later recalled being taken to the Moon where she and others were used as slave labor.    Niara also has memories of having served on Mars in a 20 and back program. Her abuse only ended when it was recognized by one of the extraterrestrials that she was affiliated (a starseed) with  a human looking group of extraterrestrials that the USAF wanted to have positive relations with. On January 10, 2022, my US Army insider, JP, revealed that he  participated in a classified mission to an extraterrestrial space ark  located under the Atlantic Ocean off the Florida coast in the vicinity  of Bermuda. On January 4, 2022, I received an important update about ancient space arks being discovered on the Moon, Mars, Antarctica, and other locations in our solar system. On December 26, my US Army source, JP, was given a set of geographical coordinates from an unnamed Lt Colonel (USAF) who simply told him to publicly release them. JP had seen the officer at a classified briefing he attended at a military base where he is currently stationed, where he was told about ancient ruins being found on Antarctica, the Moon, Mars, and elsewhere in our solar system.    These were being investigated in joint missions with various Earth nations, including China. JP participated in the Moon mission, which I covered in my previous interview with him, and in an earlier joint mission to Ganymede. The coordinates given to JP (72°31'12"S 3°36'26"W) appear to show a large building complex located about 150 miles (240 km) from the Antarctic coastline in Queen Maud Land. This is an area that was claimed by Hitler’s Third Reich and where an Antarctic Colony, Base 211, was secretly established during World War 2.

In November 2021, a photo from China’s Yutu 2 Rover was released showing a cube-shaped object found on the farside of the Moon. According to JP, a pseudonym for my longtime source who currently serves with the US Army, China’s space force (the People’s Liberation Army Strategy Support Force) and US Space Command have recently begun joint missions to explore the object, and that he participated in one of the first missions.

In this Exopolitics Today interview, Jean Charles Moyen discusses extraterrestrial contact experiences that culminated in him being identified by French officials as a potential candidate  for France's Secret Space Program (SSP). Jean Charles explains the role of a Galactic Confederation that cooperated with French authorities in his recruitment and training that began at age 13, and his subsequent SSP service that began at age 21.
