The title represents the diabolical nature of the Illuminati and its global activities. Chong describes how the Illuminati recruits members based on their psychic abilities, and they perform human blood sacrifice rituals to enhance their abilities. Chong describes how Illuminati members develop powerful mental abilities that can influence untrained individuals to think and behave in desired ways without realizing they are being manipulated. The Illuminati has hidden libraries containing stone tablets of destiny that enable its members to predict the future with stunning accuracy. Their ability to influence individuals and predict future timelines allows the Lodge/Illuminati to easily manipulate global elites and the rest of humanity. According to the author of 334 ‰Lies, he defected after he achieved spiritual enlightenment due to him being buried for 41 days. After surviving the experience, he realized that love was the ultimate universal force and he defected and decided to expose the Lodge’s activities. According to the galactic history revealed by a feline extraterrestrial called Devon, Jelaila Starr says that Earth is the third in a series of “grand experiments.” These grand experiments are attempts by human civilizations to learn about empathy, accepting diversity, and respecting their biosphere. In contrast, Reptilian races have the primary role of protecting the biosphere of a planet from parasitic and out-of-control civilizations. This has led to conflict between human and Reptilian civilizations, which she describes as the polarity-integration game.  Starr says that the first two grand experiments occurred in the Lyra and Pleiades star systems, and ended in devastating nuclear wars. The first Grand Experiment occurred in the Lyra star system and began when Reptilian species showed up and began sharing advanced technologies with planetary leaders who made up the Royal House of Avyon. Starr claims the Avyon leaders did not disclose the truth about the Reptilian visitors and advanced technologies to the planetary population, and this led to growing civil strife over an extended period of time and eventually nuclear war. Survivors fled the Lyran star system for many worlds in other star systems including the Pleiades, where the second grand experiment began, again under the leadership of the House of Avyon. Starr says that Reptilians created sophisticated AI life forms that were self-replicating and eventually rebelled against their creators. This led to devastating galactic wars and alliances. Eventually, this AI alliance showed up in the Pleiades system and were human-looking, and began interacting with the second grand experiment. Eventually, the truth was disclosed about the AI life forms and the agreements in an uncontrolled catastrophic way, and this led to another round of civil strife and nuclear wars that destroyed the second grand experiment. After his Honorable Discharge on August 30 and new status as a Retiree with Permanent Disability, JP was given an appointment for his first visit to his local Veterans Affairs Office, which is close to the large military base where he was formerly stationed and out of which he performed most of his covert missions. At Veterans Affairs, JP saw many other retirees and veterans and was given a new ID, etc.  After his processing was completed, he was asked to leave the main lobby area and go down four flights of stairs with a small group for further processing. After going down the stairs, JP was in a different lobby/hallway area with up to 20 individuals of varying ages, the oldest being around 80 years old. An officer in civilian clothes briefed the 20 veterans/retirees that they were all former covert operatives and that now they would not be compelled to be part of covert operations but could volunteer. The officer then asked for volunteers for an upcoming mission, and JP was among those that volunteered. JP added that while these upcoming covert missions through Veterans Affairs would be purely voluntary, he was still in contact with the senior military officer who has greenlighted him in the past to reveal missions. JP was told that he would still be required to perform missions with active covert teams when needed. Elena Danaan has been interacting with multiple extraterrestrial civilizations since she was first abducted by Gray extraterrestrials at age 9 and then rescued by human-looking members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. In 2004, during his seven years of service with the US Navy that began in 1999, Daryl James was stationed at the Royal Air Force Base at St Mawgan in Cornwall, England, where he was recruited into a “20 and back” program with the Solar Warden Space Program. James recalls how his IQ was measured to be 195 when he walked through a metal detector-looking apparatus. This got the attention of covert military leaders who were seeking exceptionally smart people for their classified programs. James was first psychologically tested by coming face-to-face with a drone-like alien being that looked like the classic Gray extraterrestrial. Mary Rodwell has worked on approximately 3500 cases of individuals having extraterrestrial encounters since 1995 when she began her research in Australia after emigrating from her native Britain where she worked professionally as a nurse and mid-wife.
