Today we visit one of the married couples who happen to be two of our JimCockrumCoaching.com coaches. They've just finished their first full year with the husband Adam being home after leaving his IT career behind. They work their Amazon Replens business (as taught in the ProvenAmazonCourse.com course) and even employ a couple of their homeschooled kids and their homeschooled friends. They are about 90% Amazon and 10% Walmart and source most of their replens by ordering online (OA or online arbitrage). They've rented and warehouse and run their 1.3million+ operation at about a 15% net margin. They are also in the process of launching branded bundles (see the link in the show notes for details). If you made the unfortunate mistake of going to youtube to learn to sell on Amazon, odds are you're starting to feel the burn. Today we meet the latest coach to join the JimCockrumCoaching.com team. In 2021 she worked full-time at her "real job", but as a professed "One Mom Show" she also sold $450K on Amazon at 20% net margin without any hired help. She even calls her approach "lazy"!   Her ASP (average selling price) is $72 and she makes about $20 per sale on her various products.  Imagine turning $300 into $75,000 in sales as a tennager without any other workers helping him - he's a one man show. Today I interview a young man who previously tried several online business strategies that just didn't work out as scalable and steady enough for him to be pleased with his results. He tried dropshipping, shopify & eBay. Eventually he discovered this podcast and our free facebook community - he explains how he knew we were different when he started seeing all the success stories from all over the world in our group. He jumped into the Amazon Replens strategy that we teach as a module in the ProvenAmazonCourse.com course. Although he only had $300 to use to start his business, he achieved incredible results quickly - selling $75,000 in a little over a year reporting $26,000 in net profit. We calculated his hourly net income to be about $60 per hour. Incredibly, he did all this as a teen still in school with only part-time hours available to him to work his business. To date he's found 550 profitable replens that he sells. He openly discusses how he can easily find more great replens anytime he'd like. On his best single day for example, he found 150 easily sourced replen products - and 80% of them are profitable!
