Born in Thailand, Chris is the co-owner of The Leverage. The Leverage was founded by Chris Ngo and Lee Ramirez in 2012. From what began as a boutique mens’ streetwear agency has evolved to a vertically structured conglomerate, built around wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales, in-house design, production, and distribution, with eight portfolio brands (Embellish, Haus of JR, Crysp, Karter Collection, Lifted Anchors, Club Paradise, Diet Starts Monday and Richie Le Collection) – all self-funded and independently operated in Ngo and Ramirez’s hometown of Orange County, CA.

After a career-ending injury in figure skating, Michelle K. Hanabusa pivoted and dived into design and contemporary fashion. She worked for high-profile companies like BCBGMAXAZRIA and AEG. Following her time in the corporate world, she endured trial and error venture-backed experiences pioneering her own entrepreneurial narrative in 2016. As projects evolved, the name matured into WEAREUPRISERS, a community-driven streetwear brand. Since its start in 2019, the brand's core DNA is rooted in valuing collaborations with activists, trendsetters, and warriors of change to amplify impactful and authentic stories to mobilize change.

Miko is a General Partner with Gumi Ventures, a US $30M investment fund focused on early-stage blockchain startups, and a cofounder of crypto exchange Evercoin.
Miko ignited his passion for open-source software 25 years ago as chief Evangelist for the Java Language and Platform at Sun Microsystems. Since then he has been building open source software startups in Silicon Valley including raising over $50 million in venture capital for developer platform companies such as Gradle and financial infrastructure companies like Hazelcast and has participated in multiple exits including INFRAVIO, webMethods, and Db4O. He is an advisor in successful startups like Celsius (CeFi Lending), Idle Finance (DeFi Yield Aggregator), Pundi X (Payments), and KEYLESS (ID infrastructure). He has been an investor with Focus Ventures, a firm with over $800M under management, 9 IPOs, and 44 exits, and blockchain firm Pantera Capital. He holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Yale University where he worked on abstract computational neural networks. Miko’s mission is to promote increased transparency, equality, inclusion, innovation, and lower-cost financial infrastructure through open source.

Min Park is an investment banker at JPMorgan and also is CFO of Rooster & Rice, a growing restaurant chain out of the Bay Area. He has worked in finance for over 10+ years covering technology companies and at the same time, has expanded and used his finance expertise to help pivot this restaurant chain and help it survive in the evolving technology landscape and the current COVID19 environment. His business partners include Jason Wang and Shawn Tsao, co-founders of Caviar, the food delivery app which sold to Square in 2014.

Jan-Ie Low held multiple strategic and senior-level positions in human resources for 12 years with Fortune 500 companies - AT&T Wireless & T-Mobile USA. With a passion to take the entrepreneurial plunge, Jan-Ie started SATAY Thai Bistro & Bar in 2005 with her family.
In the course of organizing special events at SATAY, Jan-Ie launched Golden Catalyst, a public relations, event planning, and marketing firm specializing in multicultural segments. Established in 2008, Golden Catalyst continues to organize business summits, conventions and political events nationwide. Her signature event, CNY in the DesertTM, celebrated its 9th year and is a city-wide celebration. Forbes Magazine has named it “One of the Top 8 Places in the United States to Celebrate Chinese New Year”.
Jan-Ie is committed to serving her community, donating her time to organizations such as Chefs for Kids, Nevada Small Business Council, and Las Vegas China Town Lions Club. She was recognized by the Asian American Group Las Vegas as one of the “Community Achievement Award” honorees in 2017 and Vegas Inc. as one of the "Women to Watch in 2012". She is a member of the International Festivals & Events Association and Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada, which honored SATAY as “2011 Minority Business of the Year.”

Identical twin brothers, Jack Nguyen and David Nguyen, are founders of semiconductor company Ram Exchange. Ram Exchange specializes in the wholesale and manufacturing of memory chips also known as computer RAM. These memory chips are found in computers, laptops, servers, and many other electronics. Ram Exchange was founded in their college apartment while they were both attending UC Riverside. They dropped out 2 quarters shy of their graduation and moved back to Silicon Valley to focus on their company. Fourteen years later, Ram Exchange is continuing its growth and thriving through this pandemic. They are also co-founders of IT Server Exchange LLC, a company that focuses on reselling computer servers.
Being serial entrepreneurs, Jack and David are also in the restaurant and real estate businesses. They are multi-unit Denny’s Franchisee, investors and board members of a boba chain called Teaspoon, and are commercial real estate investors focusing on retail strip centers and industrial offices.
Fun Facts: Jack and David are neighbors, and they share one big backyard. Jack, his wife, and his two kids have the same initials (J.N.) while David’s family of four also have the same initials (D.N.)!

Chieh Huang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boxed.com, a company that is disrupting the wholesale shopping club experience by enabling you to shop for bulk-sized items online or via mobile app and have them delivered directly to your door.
