We're just back from a weekend away with our leadership team for SOSL. On this episode we talk nature, mountaineering, bobsledding with no bobsleds and what we look for in the leaders we pick. We also talk the mistakes we've made learning to lead and how to shoot video when you're not supposed to.

The church is God's plan to bring His kingdom to earth. Yet sadly many Christians have decided to not go to church anymore. On this week's episode we talk about the fruit of not going to church, the key to accelerated growth in God and what to do if you don't like your church.

Social networks: love 'em or hate 'em we're all on them. This week we talk about our favorite parts of social networking, we discover that AJ prays about everything and Alyn learns what Pinterest is.

One of the easiest ways to see God at work is by giving. When we give, we empower heaven in incredible ways. This week we talk about some of the principles behind giving, tell some stories of God at work and talk five shiny stars. No fish tacos, however. Enjoy.

Conflict isn't bad; unresolved conflict, however, is terrible. On this episode we share - from practical experience during the week (!) - how we resolve conflict in our marriage. We talk about the common UGBs and pitfalls that we can often fall into and share practical steps to help preserve connections in your relationships. All this, plus Alyn goes outside.

This week Alyn was in Scotland to bury his mom while AJ stayed home to watch the kids. We talk about life with Alyn's mum and catch up on vacation in Florida. All this and the answer to how pastors carry other people's burdens.
