Steve sits down with Dennis Furia, designer for an upcoming solo card game called Deck of Wonders, and with Lauren Brown, artist for Deck of Wonders. We discuss this game where you customize a deck of cards that you use to play against a boss enemy, trying to knock each others health to 0. However the boss also uses the same deck of cards but utilizes the other side, since all cards are divided into two halves. We also discuss the fantastic art in this game and how it was developed, looking into sources of inspiration, and recommended practice when creating new art.
