The Fulfillment of Promises w/ Liz Wright
“He is working out His plans and purposes in perfect timing.” - Liz Wright Merry Christmas! The mystery and wonder of Christ’s birth is here for us to embrace and experience in a new way. God is calling us to encounter His presence through His Word, and specifically, through the revelation of His sovereignty and perfect timing, and how we are invited to partner with Him as found in Luke’s telling of the Christmas story. In this episode, Liz shares about the miracle of Christ’s birth, and the keys meant for us now as carriers of the King. Liz also shares a powerful prophetic word about how the Lord is breathing new life on the seeds of truth within you, bringing words that have seemed lifeless back to the forefront and renewing their purpose! Now is the time to catch a revelation of the perfect timing and sovereign nature of God, who is working out His plans and purposes for His glory in your life. The Lord has anointed us with great favor because the King is in us now, and like Mary, He is accomplishing what He means to in partnership with us. There is a charge given to us in Luke’s retelling: “Do not yield to your fear.” The King who is reigning right now, who upholds all things in the power of His Word, wants to give us the gift of Himself again, banishing fear and bringing peace. Though there may be promises yet unfulfilled in this season of your life, receive Liz’s prophetic declaration that you are pregnant with the promises of God, and the Holy Spirit is moving afresh on areas that may feel like they have no life. Thank You, Jesus, for Your cloud of glory that is igniting the seed of truth inside of each of us. Receive the fresh grace to believe with Him again, and not one promise from God is empty of power. As you listen, may you experience the resurrection power of Jesus found in the glory of His presence this holiday season.

Walking In Freedom From the Enemy w/ Katie Souza
“Christ has made the way for us, now we just have to step into the glory of what He’s accomplished for us.” - Katie SouzaWalking in total freedom means tearing down any altars that have been built within us that might allow the enemy to have a foothold in our lives. This is specifically evident in places where trauma and bitterness have taken root within us. Without knowing it, we may have given space for witches, warlocks, and the occult to operate and curse us. In this episode, Liz talks with Katie Sousa, television host, international bestselling author, and founder of Expected End Ministries. Katie, who has walked thousands of people into freedom from the altars built in their lives shares where in the Word we witness this foothold in action and what Christ has called us to in allowing the work of the Cross to wash us clean and rightly judge and remove the places that keep us from His freedom. Two specific types of altars often built in our lives are done so out of trauma or bitterness. In fact, they often flow into one another—unresolved trauma erects an altar of bitterness, and invites the spirit of witchcraft in. We let ourselves become and remain wounded, then we attend to the altar through discussing it over and over, or withholding bringing it to the Lord for the journey of forgiveness. But this is not what Christ intended for us! We have to start judging the altars of trauma, the altars of bitterness in our lives, taking our place in the courts of heaven not as defendants or as prosecutors, but as judges according to Chris to what’s going on within us. We need to repent, receive the blood of Christ, and embrace the cleansing fire of God. If we turn our focus on our union with Christ, and let Him flow out, rivers of living water will flow out, and flow into the places we have trauma stored in our minds, our emotions, or even in our physical bodies. As we close out our time, Katie walks us through a prayer of repentance, and invites the Lord’s presence closer, calling us to break agreement with any trauma or bitterness that has taken root. As you listen, repent, and receive, we pray that you will walk in a greater measure of wholeness and union with Christ, allowing the rivers of living water to flow freely in and through you.

How to Practically Live in Divine Health w/ Dr. Johnnett Thatcher
“Healing is an inside job.” - Dr. Johnnett Thatcher We were designed to live in optimal health from the inside out! God has created us to walk in perfect health in our minds, our bodies, and our spirits, and the little steps that we take towards Him and the practices outlined in the Word move us closer to that being realized. In this episode, Liz connects with Dr. Johnnett Thatcher, Chiropractor and Wellness Practitioner. Johnnett shares about how our thought life impacts our overall well being, the physical restoration found in spending time with Jesus, and how we can practically live in divine health. In Johnnett’s practice, there are five fundamental pillars of wellness: first, that health comes from the inside and pours out of us, second, that movement and stillness are vital practices, third, that breathwork is a tool to promote purity and peace throughout the body, fourth, that we must fuel mechanisms in our lives, and fifth, that we need to find ways to rewind and reboot our days, and even reset rhythms if necessary. The truth is, much of what happens within our body is driven by our thought lives, promoting cycles of life or death within us. Over time, and under periods of long-term stress, our bodies live in inflammation and imbalance, but walking in the love, joy, and peace that God has for you will interrupt that cycle and change the cascade of chemicals that move within us. This is the biochemistry of spending time with God. Practically speaking, the wisest thing we can do is to intentionally encourage ourselves towards spending time with Jesus. From there, we must choose movement and stillness, which are key to overall health. Additionally, we benefit from disconnecting from stimulation and noise, and reflecting with thankfulness on our days and on what God has ahead of us in the following day. Lastly, joy is an important tool for healing, wholeness, and living out the life God has designed for us. In closing, Johnnett releases a prayer for each of us to receive divine health to know God’s voice echoing the keys and practices we are meant to implement in our lives as we become testimonies of the faithfulness of God to us—in mind, in body, and in spirit.

Leaning on Jesus & Grace to Surrender
“As we lean on Jesus, we become unrecognizable. The pain that was supposed to distort us then comes, and Jesus turns it around, and we end up looking like our Beloved.” - Stephanie ClaiborneGod is inviting us to lean into Him in this season, because it is there that transformation, healing, wholeness, and restoration are found. In this episode, Liz connects with Stephanie Claiborne, CEO, President, and Co-Founder of Heart of Gold Ministries International. Stephanie shares her testimonies of how she has seen the Lord working within the IMC (International Mentoring Community) and the recent revelations that the Lord has unlocked for her that is meant for the Body.In the pursuit of a deeper union with God, and a greater freedom to walk in the fullness of who He has created us to be, the IMC has had thousands of testimonies—and recently, some specific to people getting freedom from trauma. In this time of intentional growth and development, we are watching people blossom, shed old mindsets and old perspectives of themselves. That’s a reset of your heart that only God can do, and in IMC, there is a very pure, very holy way that the Holy Spirit is moving. We’re living consistently from the strength of our union with Him, by faith, not by sight. One of the keys unlocked for Stephanie that she shares throughout the episode is regarding the transformation that comes from wholly leaning on our Beloved Jesus, as seen in Song of Solomon 8:5. When we take the opportunity to lean into what the Lord is doing, we come out of these seasons with testimonies. Leaning on Him looks like letting go on the inside, trusting that the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for you is true and looking to Him to meet your every need. If you’re struggling with unbelief or overwhelm, receive this time of prayer and allow your heart to lean into Him and rest. During this time, you are also being invited to receive a prayer of grace for a deeper surrender, a greater boldness, and a faith to experience healing and wholeness. As you listen to these keys and hear Liz and Stephanie’s prayers, we believe that you will receive the grace to lean on your Beloved, to access the breakthroughs of healing and wholeness, and to walk in a greater union with the Body and with Christ to be a powerful force for the Kingdom of God!

Freedom From Shame & Abiding in Him
“No matter the season, He is worthy of it all, and we need to stop being obsessed with where the end is, because we already know the end, and that needs to become our obsession.” - Katherine Warnock When we walk in true intimacy with Jesus, it allows us to live out of our truest identity, bringing an offering of our lives from a place of obedience and devotion rather than performance or shame. When we recognize the freedom found therein and follow after Christ in whatever He puts our hands to, we bear abundant fruit. In this episode, Liz connects with Katherine Warnock, Vice President of Content on the television show “The Chosen”. Katherine shares her compelling journey of moving through challenging seasons of “prisons and palaces” with Christ, and reveals keys that she gained along the way, specifically on how the Lord walked with her through a season of navigating and experiencing freedom from crippling shame. One of the keys that Katherine discovered was the invitation to be in-process with the Lord. Grace is a necessary tool to experience wholeness from shame, knowing that God has called us to walk with Him in the journey, not live in a place of striving for perfection. This intimacy yields a deep fruit from our lives, and reconnects us to an eternal focus to do what He has called us to do. No matter the season, He is worthy of it all. When we live in awareness of our union with Him, fruitfulness will flow from our lives, because to abide in Him is enough. Obedience in abiding creates an offering to the Lord that is pleasing, and if we became a people more concerned with our offering rather than our human effort, and our doing, we would see immense pleasure from Heaven poured out upon us. As Katherine prays, experience the Holy Spirit as the comforter, the light, and the strength to stand and walk on the trail with Him. Just a drop of the oil of His presence is enough to resurrect your life. He is liberating us to live authentically and shining Him through our stories!

The Antidote to Reactionary Living w/ Liz Wright
“When you look at all of their lives, the truth, the revelation key they all embraced and were transformed by the truth that Christ is within us.”

When we experience a revelation of the reality that Christ is within us, everything changes. Our understanding and experience of His love for us comes in to mend the separate or fractured places of our souls, and our ability to walk in the calling that He has set before us becomes easier. In this episode, Liz shares a recent experience that she had with Jesus, where He revealed that many are living lives of criticism, sadness, and in a deep deficit of love. The truth that Christ lives within us, and that He wants all to experience His love from this understanding, is the game changer to this reality, healing broken places and transforming lives. We live in rest when we’re convinced of His love, and from that place, the truth gathers up all of the parts of our souls living in reaction, where there is that deep sadness, or not living convinced of the love of Christ in our lives, or reacting to the difficulties, and we begin to embrace our glorious life in Christ and tune our heart back into Him. This is the Gospel, the solution to everything—living in the experiential reality that God has made His home in us.
As He begins to draw us into Him, we are bathed in His presence, and all of our reactions are saturated in the experience of the One who is love. It’s Christ who is the center of our being, the center of our life. This is the scandal, the incredible Gospel of Jesus. It’s time to receive healing to the love deficit that may be within you, because there is another level of His love that He wants to pour into your heart. One of the ways we practice this truth in our daily lives is in the reading of the Word from the undergirding that Christ is within us—it becomes a personalized reality. This will change everything. As Liz closes our time by reading Ephesians 3:17-19, and then reads a personalized prayer, lay back, rest, and be enveloped by the blanket of comfort, love, and presence that He is pouring over you, with your whole soul being brought into the truth that He will never leave you or forsake you. Allow hope to rise up inside of you, and receive supernatural nourishment.

Living in Optimum Health w/ Dr. Pete Sulack (Episode 188)
“The Gospel is the power of a transformed life. In the midst of everything, God is there with us.” - Dr. Pete Sulack God has called us to be a people who live in optimum health and vitality! He has called us temples of His Holy Spirit, and as with everything given to us by Him, we are called to be good stewards of this temple. But in a stress-riddled world, how are we to do that? In this episode, Liz connects once more with author, chiropractor, and wellness expert Dr. Pete Sulack about the invitation to walk in holy health and wellness as we navigate our understanding and relationship with the true key to bodily health—resiliency—and what types of stress are helpful for the body’s ability to grow in being resilient. Dr. Pete unpacks how God, who is with us in every moment, situation, and circumstance, has appointed the body to adapt and adjust, and how necessary it is for it to come back to a place of rest in order to heal and learn.Stress is anything that takes your body away from rest and homeostasis. There is good stress and bad stress, but the truth is, real health is all about resilience. As long as our body can adapt and recover from stress, it is good for us—that’s the secret to health. So how do we build resilience to stress? We do three things: we seek to restore movement, to replenish vulnerabilities, and to retrain our lifestyles. One of the ways that we can partner with our bodies is through the work of fasting, and specifically, intermittent fasting, which provides a purposeful, healthy stressor to the body. The physical benefits of this are exceptional, ranging from resetting metabolic activity within the body to stripping the cells of free radicals, but there are spiritual benefits as well. On a deeper level, intermittent fasting provides a sense of intentional focus on what fuels the body, and how we are stewarding what God has given to us. “When I don’t pay attention to what’s in my body, whatever energy I experience is at the expense of corrosion within my own body,” says Dr. Pete. Our bodies are a gift. Everything we’ve been given, we have a calling to steward, and as such, it’s imperative that we steward the temple of God given to us in our bodies. The world needs us to have our health in order. Our health is instrumental to walking out the call of God on our lives. It increases our spiritual sensitivity and clears our minds, calling us into a deeper intimacy with God. As we close our time, experience a declarative prayer by Dr. Pete over bodies for healing, wholeness, and health to be restored to the perfection that Christ paid for on the Cross.

Experiencing the Supernatural w/ Charlie Shamp (Episode 187)
“I’m willing to wait upon You—I don’t want just an experience, I want a habitation.” - Charlie Shramp We are the people of the Zoe life, called to come to Mount Zion, and invited to experience the heavenly realm, the angelic, and the mysteries of God. God revealed things in Revelation that lead us to think that there is so much more to explore in the heavenlies, and though religion wants to shape a narrative that we can’t experience death without dying, heaven is open according to the Word through the Holy Spirit, to encounter God in different realms. In this episode, Liz connects with Charlie Shamp, Co-Founder and President of Destiny Encounters International, about the invitation to know the pure and holy “more” of God, and the generational hunger that is stirring in this hour. As we intentionally pursue a deeper intimacy with God and allow our longing for Him to grow, we can access the revelatory encounters of those who have gone before us and experience the supernatural realms of God as they did. God is drawing us to Himself, and as we come near, He will raise up the beautiful uncompromising Bride of Christ. The door of the Lord is wide open right now, and Isaiah 60:8 is coming to pass as the Lord is taking us into the longing to know Him, uncomplicated, removing distractions and simplifying us down to just knowing Him, in preparation for the fullness of His return. We are called to carry the spirit of the overcomer, not the spirit of the escaper, called to arise and sign in the darkest of days. As we position ourselves from a place of victory, we will walk in greater authority, and will experience deeper holy mysteries, and have downloads of blueprints and solutions that the world needs. There’s a global awakening happening right now, and we need the Daniels, who walk set apart, in an uncompromising loyalty. God is looking for those who are hungry for Him, uncompromising in their devotion to Him and His purposes, to see who He can send angelic visitation to who will partner with Him, angels on assignment. As you listen, we pray that your heart will be stirred to be a person of habitation, unwavering in devotion to Jesus and positioned for a supernatural life of encountering Him!

Walking in Purity as New Creations w/ Liz Wright (Episode 186)
“Holy Spirit is bringing forth the pure sound of the life of Jesus within the Bride.” - Liz Wright When we receive the gift of God’s love through the work of the Cross, we become new creations through Christ! This means that the old nature of who we were before salvation is dead, and we are alive in Him. As we continue on our journey with Jesus, we come to realize that we are invited to make His nature our nature, His ways our ways, and His heart our heart. Christ is being formed in us, and in this episode, Liz shares on how the Lord is drawing her deeper into a revelation of the call to purity, that the Holy Spirit is bringing forth the pure sound—the pure song—of the life of Jesus within the Bride. In reaching into the wisdom of the Scriptures, specifically Collosians 3 and 1 Corinthians 13, along with some keys from Andrew Murray, Liz uncovers the depth of the call in this moment to no longer be in the struggle of compromised living, being pushed around by trauma, swung back and forth by our souls or our emotions. Instead, we are called to walk in humility—in absolute, surrendered trust—yielded to Him as our source, our truth, our way, and our life. As we do that, we are reminded that everything else will become dethroned in our lives except Christ, in His rightful place as Lord of our lives. In this posture of surrender, Liz also declares that the Lord is wanting to remove bitterness, sin, inconsistencies in our living, and instead, we are being synchronized on the inside, with Christ being formed in us. He wants you in the higher nature of who He is, out of the struggle and living in the fruitfulness of our union with Him. He’s flooding our eyes with the light of understanding that there is more. As Liz closes our time with a final reading of Scripture, may you be blessed in entering a new season of yielded surrender to Jesus, and as you abide, may the fruit of your life become abundant!
