This episode is all about marketing for deals and why over 50% of your day to day activities inside your investing company should be related to marketing. Finding new deals is the most important part of the business along with finding capital, service providers, contractors, vendors, etc.. The difference between any unprofitable investor compared to a profitable investor is marketing and finding opportunities.
