General Manager of the St. Louis Blues and friend of the podcast, Doug Armstrong, joins the show to catch up with Bob and John. Doug talks about the NHL's recent trade deadline and the organization's decision to rebuild following some departures some household Blues names. Doug gives us some insight on what the plan is for St. Louis moving forward regarding this years draft and the management of their prospects.
