We start by previewing... our masters preview show scheduled for tomorrow as we discuss Corey Connors and how he looks heading into The Masters, before talking about the Toronto Maple Leafs and their matchup against the Tampa Bay Lightning in round 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs before talking about the Blue Jays poor showing against the Kansas City ROyals and much more on today's episode of the podcast.

Pretty much a week away until the end of the NHL's 2022-23 Regular Season so, our good friend Ray Ferraro comes in to get us ready for the Stanley Cup Playoffs.   We talk about the teams that have presented themselves as contenders throughout the year and wonder if they can keep the momentum going heading into the postseason before shifting focus to what teams we feel like could make a surprising run, the value of tanking and more on todays show.

The legendary coach & friend of the podcast Scotty Bowman joins the show today for some hockey talk with Bob and John. Have the Tampa Bay Lightning hit a wall? We talk to Scotty about just that to start off the show before transitioning to the (in Scotty's words) unbeatable Boston Bruins. We break down both teams' chances at winning it all this year before having a conversation about what changes, if any, a coach will make heading into the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Picking up from where we left our conversation with Adnan yesterday, John Gibbons comes on the show to give us a Managers perspective on Spring Training, Major League Baseball's newly imposed rule changes and more in another classic episode with our favourite former manager of the Toronto Blue Jays.

It's been too long since we've had our friend Adnan Virk on the show as he joins us today for some baseball talk. To start, the three talk about the monotony that is the MLB Spring Training season. With the World Baseball Classic proving to be a welcomed substitute for MLB's pre-season games, we try to think of ways to make Spring Training more entertaining before shifting focus to this year's new rule changes and how they will impact the gameplay this year. Having speant a lot of time on the Blue Jays the last few weeks, Bob, John and Adnan look at some of the other MLB teams who have improved this winter and find out who Adnan thinks could make for some legitimate contenders for the World Series.

Mike Zeisberger and Kevin Paul Dupont stop by the show to start the week off with some good ol' fashioned hockey talk. The foursome start the show by discussing the success the Boston Bruins have found this year and wonder if it will translate into the regular season. We move on to talk about the other teams we think may have a shot at the cup, and why, before we end the show with a conversation about COnnor McDavid and where he stacks up in the conversation of "Greatest Hockey Player of All Time"

Dave Hodge and Rob Longley join us today on the show to have a quick discussion about the Toronto Blue Jays. From Kikuchi and the Jays starting pitchers to their bullpen, the foursome talk about what's different on the mound this year for Toronto. We also talk about the teams expectations heading into next season and find out why Dave thinks fans should be "optamistic" about the potential of seeing a World Series Calibre ball club.

The Toronto Raptors have 10 games remaining left in their season and... Not even Bob knows what direction they are going in. Should they re-build? Is playing for a play-in spot worth it? Are they even good??? Matt Devlin comes on the show to talk about exactly that as the three get into the Raptors inconsistent play, roster issues and free agency conundrums on todays episode.

The playoffs are approaching! With the Stanley Cup Playoffs nearly 3 weeks away, Greg Millen and Billy stop by to talk some hockey on the pod.The foursome start the discussion with the seemingly unstoppable Boston Bruins before looking at some of the other teams that have a legitimate shot at winning the Stanley Cup. We question whether the Toronto Maple Leafs can get out of the first round this year and wonder if we haven't been giving teams like the LA Kings enough credit and much more on todays episode as we gear up for Playoff Hockey.
