Seven-time Swedish National Teamgym Winner Charles Fritzen Shares The Secrets To Instagram Tech

Charles did a form of gymnastics called Teamgym where he with his team won Swedish Nationals 7 years, and with the Swedish national team came second in the European Championships twice. Charles then moved to the US in 2016 and quit his job as a data analyst to work as a personal trainer after he got his certification. In 2019, Charles moved to the UK to live with his boyfriend and then started doing online training. In 2020, Charles became a national team coach in Teamgym for Great Britain for the 2020 European Championships.
