Lead the new K-Swiss management team in building company values and culture, organizational strategy, brand strategy, distribution strategy and product line architecture. Oversaw the re-launch of heritage boot brand Palladium, starting from scratch and creating a globally relevant and desirable brand with major momentum and sales of over $100M in just four years. Lead all aspects of marketing for the PUMA brand in North America for seven years, during brand explosion, rapidly creating a twenty five person team managing over $40M in innovative marketing campaigns.
