Harley Finkelstein is a Canadian businessperson, entrepreneur and public speaker. He is best known as the Chief Operating Officer of Shopify. He is a board member of CBC, and an advisor to both OMERS Ventures and Felicis Ventures. He is also a Dragon on CBC Dragons' Den, Next Gen Den. After completing his JD and MBA, Finkelstein worked at a law firm in Toronto for a year. In 2009, Finkelstein met with Tobias Lütke, the co-founder and CEO of Shopify, to discuss opportunities for the company. Finkelstein was hired soon after and was named Shopify's Chief Platform Officer. In December 2014, Finkelstein was appointed a member of the C100 board. The C100 is an organization that supports the Canadian technology community and is a bridge between Canada and Silicon Valley. Finkelstein serves as a mentor and advisor to various organizations and incubators including Felicis Ventures, FounderFuel, Invest Ottawa and CIPPIC. In January 2016, Finkelstein was named COO of Shopify. That same year, he was inducted into the Order of Ottawa by Mayor Jim Watson. She is also an executive producer, and director of feature films, television programs, and web content. Her work includes K. Bromberg's Driven, Rachel van Dyken's Matchmaker's Playbook, and her web series, Tiki Bar TV. Her Hallmark television movie, Holiday Engagement was the most-watched television movie on Hallmark. Tosca is the sister of entrepreneurs Elon and Kimbal Musk and daughter of Maye Musk. Jon Oringer is an American programmer, photographer, and billionaire businessman, best known as the founder and CEO of Shutterstock, a stock media and editing tools provider, headquartered in New York City. Oringer started his career while a college student in the 1990s, when he created "one of the Web's first pop-up blockers." He went on to found about ten small startups that used a subscription method to sell "personal firewalls, accounting software, cookie blockers, trademark managers," and other small programs. In 2003, Oringer founded Shutterstock to provide microstock photography, which has been publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange since 2012. As a result of going public, in 2013 Oringer was reported to be New York's first tech billionaire. Shutterstock had over 100,000 contributors as of March 2016, with an "active customer base of 1.4 million people in 150 countries." Nick Gross is an entrepreneur, musician and founder of the Find Your Grind education platform. He started a career as a drummer and in subsequent years was the drummer for bands Open Air Stereo and Half the Animal. With Open Air Stereo Gross took part in the reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. The band later signed with Epic Records. In 2009, Gross launched STRZ Enterprises, a record studio and record label. He is the founder of Find Your Grind, an education platform, and CEO of Big Noise, a record label he founded with Jon Cohen and John Feldmann in 2018. As of 2019 the label's roster included Ashley Tisdale and New Politics. Also in 2018, Gross founded Gross Labs as parent company of Find Your Grind and Big Noise, among others. In 2018, FYG partnered with esports platform ReKTGlobal, parent company of Rogue, in scholarships for students who want to pursue esports.
