Slow down, take your time… this episode is your pleasure pause. In this episode, Andrea, Coach and Podcast Host, addresses the belief of not being smart enough to start a business. She suggests adopting the mindset of a scientist, observing what works and what doesn't. Beta testing and proof of concept are important in the early stages, as is using measurable metrics.
