Sometimes, asking the brain, "what's the most effortless way to handle this?" is the game-changer that you're yet to tap into. Greg goes on to describe this as "the closest thing to magic" for him. By asking this simple question, with practice, the brain is undoubtedly wired into eventually believing that working hard isn't the only easy way to achieve wanted results.
