Mahmoud is an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of success in driving innovation and delivering results.  His professional skills and interests include problem-solving in design and code, building strategies and roadmaps, and managing cross-border teams.  He has had the opportunity to work with a range of startups across the globe and has gained valuable insights and experience through these diverse experiences.  In Mahmoud's current role, he is committed to continuing to grow his skills and expertise to drive meaningful impact for my organization and the end users we serve.

Tracy Dai is currently a Senior Product Designer at LinkedIn, working on LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.  Before that, she was at Flexport, designing software that provides sustainability solutions for the global supply chain.  Before Flexport, Tracy worked at Adobe for four years, designing multiple different B2B SaaS products that empower marketers to perform better.  She studied marketing in school and is very passionate about the intersection between product design and marketing technology.  She was born and raised in Shanghai, China. After moving around between Ann Arbor, Chicago, Portland, and LA, she is currently based in the Bay Area with her husband and their pup.

Pancrazio is a Product management executive and serial entrepreneur that helps startup founders become investable through a compact and challenging focalization program. Pan is a passionate team builder. He likes achieving speed by empowering teams to take calculated risks through clarity, alignment, and trust. He's a tech guy who has shown the light of effective product management and is always promoting the product culture around the job to be done and outcome-driven innovation. He hired and coached 100+ engineers, designers, and product managers, often covering the role of transition manager from a small size organization to a business at scale. Over the years, he learned that design dissolves into behavior. He moved from Italy to California and now lives in Berkeley with his family, sometimes hacking local ingredients to cook their favorite Sicilian food.

Magda is the Product Owner at OutSystems, which is a low-code platform.  Her work includes infusing AI on OutSystems IDE to guide and accelerate the developers that build OutSystems applications.  The most recent feature she worked on is using Language Understanding to automatically generate queries to fetch data from databases, making it easier for developers to perform complex queries.  Before working as a Product Owner, Magda worked as a Product Designer.

Jake has a 16-year career in design. He has helped companies and teams deepen and broaden their UX practice capabilities. Jake also inspires and accelerates design innovation and grows and promotes the adoption of design best practices. Outside of work, you'll find him busy with his two fantastic boys, watching a movie, or settling into a good book.

Myra is the Principal Product Designer at Birdeye, where she has spent the last 5+ years helping local businesses manage their customer experience. In her time here, she had the pleasure of mentoring multiple designers, leading the creation and maintenance of their design systems, and creating and improving upon their product offerings.  Outside work, Myra enjoys spending time on different creative outlets, such as watercolor, brush lettering, or origami.

Skyler is responsible for improving the user experience across the Quantcast platform. He uses his diverse background in data visualization and robotics to make empathetic decisions for the user. A former career in the fast-paced advertising world with an experience in street art and skateboarding are some of the inspirations Skyler draws upon in his designs.

Raitis is a design facilitator on a mission to spark collaborative creativity. He has helped teams in the telecommunication, financial, and energy sectors shape digital services and internal workflows for over a decade. Currently at Toggl, mentoring, developing, and supporting the design team to help make time tracking and planning painless. His background is in participatory innovation, human-centered design, and systems analysis. 

Casey is a UI/UX Designer at RingCentral, a provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration products and services for businesses. Before transitioning into UX, Casey headed information systems and technology for four years at a nonprofit organization supporting 800 ministries across Virginia. There she learned business technology administration and how a company's efficiency can be maximized using small changes in process, communication, and design. She enjoys photography, travel, and pickup soccer in her free time.

Romina is a Senior Product Designer at Dialpad, a cloud-based software communications company powered by AI. She is part of the Design Product team and is responsible for improving the user experience across various devices. Before working at Dialpad, she worked at Despegar, the leading company in booking hotels & flights, and PedidosYa, the leading app for delivery in Latinoamerica. She holds a graphic design degree from The University of Buenos Aires and is currently studying Ontological Coaching. She has always been passionate about building digital products with a focus on the design system process to make scalable solutions with beautiful interfaces.
