Mental illness has a big burden on the individuals and the society. Giving people the resources to address their own mental illness or help them address the mental illness of the loved ones around them can help so many people out of difficult situations. Mental health affects our health and vice versa. It's time we recognize that mental illness is just as serious as a physical illness. What is the deadliest mental illness? I love the postal service. Not only is it a critical, democratizing public good, it is also important to the community and our health. Support the USPS as a public good. Resist privatization. USPS flat rate box are so generous that even the densest metal won't exceed weight limit. *Corrections: The phrase "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" is on the James A. Farley Building in New York City, formerly the city's main USPS branch. It is not on the DC postal museum. That said, the fact that this is not the motto of the USPS is true.
