Postal Service is Public Health - Save the USPS!

I love the postal service. Not only is it a critical, democratizing public good, it is also important to the community and our health. Support the USPS as a public good. Resist privatization. USPS flat rate box are so generous that even the densest metal won't exceed weight limit. *Corrections: The phrase "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" is on the James A. Farley Building in New York City, formerly the city's main USPS branch. It is not on the DC postal museum. That said, the fact that this is not the motto of the USPS is true. The USPS technically have no official motto. -o-References: https://www.epi.org/publication/the-war-against-the-postal-service/https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2021/02/biden-cannot-fire-usps-louis-dejoy.htmlhttps://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2020/08/25/905666119/postal-service-slowdowns-cause-dangerous-delays-in-medication-delivery Twitter: EverythingisPHInstagram: Everything is Public Health Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everythingispublichealth  Email: EverythingIsPublicHealth@gmail.com  Photo Credit: I took this photo of the Postal Museum in Washington DC. Support the show
