Spirit Crumbs

𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘁 & 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 This week is the Gemini Tarot & Energy Forecast episode, during Mercury retrograde! The cards I pulled for myself today were related to this forecast. The full moon eclipse last week was in Scorpio and I pulled the Scorpio card today along with the frog, indicating a time to dive into our emotions and rest to allow inner transformation to surface.  I have been noticing subtle but major shifts in myself as I'm holding better boundaries around my time and energy. There were a few moments that emotions came to the surface in the episode as I am moving through the final limiting beliefs around allowing myself time to create and rest.  The cards for this forecast were from the Light Seers Tarot deck. 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 This week, I was inspired to talk about animals. It turns out almost exactly a year ago, I released my episode on Animals as Spirit Crumbs! The themes of the episodes around that time are all aligned with what I've been talking about recently, especially resting. The eclipse energy has been rough but I feel like there are some big shifts on the horizon. It feels like there are cycles ending and I need to keep leaning into my feminine. I shared about how rabbits are so aligned with the focus for my art that came up in an Akashic Records reading. The other theme that came up was from the harvest cycle of the 12 houses in astrology. I'm in my 4th house, which is the house of pruning and weeding. It's time to cut back some of the many things we've started in Aries season with that fire & cardinal energy! 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 I knew since last week's episode that I wanted to talk about how the majority of the flowers in early spring are purple and yellow. The solar plexus, third eye and crown chakras have been prominent in my readings as inspiration and confidence are moving us forward!  I kept feeling the need to delay recording and more insights came as I sat with the topic. I started rereading Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer a couple of weeks ago and on the night I had planned to record the episode, I picked up the book instead. In it, she has a whole chapter inspired by the same observation - why do purple asters and goldenrod bloom together? Just like the author, I am always trying to make connections between nature and art; science and spirituality. The unfolding of this episode was the perfect example of how this happens! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 I had planned to talk about worthiness, but had a lot of spirit crumbs come through when I followed through with taking Thursday just for myself! The new moon eclipse in Taurus felt amplified with the earth energy I've been exploring this week too. Taking time for myself is still related to worthiness because it's taken me a long time to feel that it is worth my time to do what I love! I finally listened to my body and took the time to slow down. In this episode, I talked about how I went for a long walk and was feeling pulled to the wildflowers along the way. I had plant consciousness and flower essences come up a lot throughout the day. These are things that have been in my awareness for awhile and it feels like now is the time to align with them! I signed up for a course to help me focus on channeling plant consciousness and receiving messages directly from the trees I've been working with recently.  I looked up the qualities of the flower essences of the flowers in my neighbourhood and was amazed at how aligned they are with my focus the past few weeks! They made me realize that the meanings of my name and middle name are a balance between masculine and feminine energy, much like the violet.  I am working on a series of prints to be customized with watercolour for healing energy sessions soon. 𝗧𝗮𝘂𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 Aries season was a whirlwind of energy! I took some time to share about the final push I needed to finally schedule some creative time for myself each week. I've committed to it! I also talked about how the Aries season forecast turned out. The tarot hints for Aries season talked about downloads and birthing creative projects in a time of opportunity, while also pinpointing what is keeping us from following through. I definitely felt that as I hosted a couple of classes and had many downloads! I also didn't take time to create freely. In Taurus season, it feels like a continuation of this energy. Finding clarity from the lessons of Aries season, there is a fast moving energy we can take advantage of this month! This week's episode is related to the topic of overwhelm from last week. I am talking today about different technologies and systems I've implemented to help me stay focused throughout the day! Do you find yourself getting to the end of the day feeling exhausted and also realizing that you didn't accomplish much despite being really busy? Like a lot of you, I am often trying to do more than one thing at a time while also being distracted by messages and notifications that feel urgent. This cycle increases my anxiety and I realized that I needed to create some simple structures to feel more in control of my time. I talked about: - having notebooks/pads in every room to write tasks that come to mind - using wireless headphones with ambient music for walks and getting organized in the morning - getting a wireless keyboard and mouse to be more comfortable working - my colour coded whiteboard calendar - using a Pomodoro timer app to take regular breaks - taking walks every day - scheduling rest days into my week  

𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 Today is a super rare conjunction between Neptune and Jupiter in Pisces, a major opportunity for expansion and mindset shifts. I'm not an astrologer, but I have been feeling this energy! I taught a class called Manifesting with Synchronicity yesterday in the Spirit School Collective and will be teaching it again for anyone who wants to register and join. It was so fun and brought the group synchronicity and healing messages. I talked in this episode about how sometimes we stop ourselves from trying something based on someone else's review, experience or forecast of what an opportunity will be like. What is true for one person is not necessarily your reality. I explained how this concept was brought back to my attention. I've been releasing a lot of trapped overwhelm with an Emotion Code practitioner and most of it has been absorbed from others. I have been working on finding more practices and tools to increase my focus and productivity but I realized that the overwhelm has been preventing me from feeling calm enough in my body to be still. I have noticed a big shift from implementing some small changes and am looking forward to what will unfold! Next week, I will share more about what I have been learning and implementing on this journey to more clarity and ease around keeping focused. I will also talk about how I have been finding more balance between work and life. Because I had planned to cover this today, I'm sure I will find some nuggets of wisdom before next week!
