"Besides my family leaving me, my life couldn't get any worse. I had hit rock bottom. I met with my bishop and stake president -- in my mind I had strayed too far from the path. I just couldn't see myself becoming the person that I once was. The missionary I was, bearing testimony of Jesus, bringing people to Jesus, and being worthy to exercise the priesthood. It just seemed too distant. But they said I could be clean through the atonement of our savior, Jesus Christ and I could come back from this. I believed them and I had hope in what they said, that's all I had to go on was hope." I've read every negative publication that is noteworthy, I've listened to people share their exit stories. The only reason that I am here is because it is true, The reason I know it is true is because of the experiences that I have had. I hope if someone is thinking about coming back, just do it. "I still remember the very day that I was with my family again for the first time when my wife decided that was ok. We went to Hogle Zoo in the dead of winter in January. It was one of the most beautiful memories I have ever had. I can still picture it so vividly. We were almost the only ones at the zoo, the snow was lightly falling, and it was such a spiritual and beautiful moment.
