What is Employer Branding, why is it important to an organization, and how is it different from consumer branding are some of the topics that we will explore this week. HR/Recruiting and Marketing departments are slowly but surely evolving to embrace social media – some faster than others. And both departments appear to continue to struggle with how to best use emerging tools to recruit customers and employees alike. Who owns 'branding' and how can HR/Recruiting work more efficiently with Marketing in shaping and managing the brand. Steve Boese and Shauna Moerke will be talkin' about a Revolution with many of the conference attendees and give the folks who can't attend a taste of the proceedings.
