Preparing people for the workplace of the future is not just about arming them with the latest set of technical skills, it is equally about helping them to adapt, be tolerant of ambiguity, and be open to embrace change. Nishika talked about how organizations can better adapt their own approaches to training and development to help employees navigate these changes and challenges. Nishika also talked about how their organization, Experiential Insight, helps groups of leaders in an organization grow and develop and transform in order to realize their potential.
