The quickest way to predictable $5K months is by having a flagship offer. A flagship offer is what you’re known for, or what you’re becoming known for if you're still in the very early stages of your business. The big mistake that I see so many online course creators making when trying to grow and scale their business is that they have too many offers. Their mindset is that the more offers that they have, the more money they’re going to make. I want to flip that and tell you why I believe that the fewer offers you have, the more money you’ll make and the faster you’ll grow. What I see happen all the time is that when a course doesn’t sell well, the course creator decides that nobody wants their program and they say “hey, maybe I should create a membership instead.” This just leads to more and more offers, but doesn’t address the root of the problem.
