Our Great Coach for this episode is Rohan TaylorRohan is a high performance swimming coach and the current National Head Coach of the Australian Swim Team, The Dolphins.His coaching career started at the Shoalhaven Academy and moved through Carey Aquatic, Saddleback Valley Aquatics, Laguna Hills High School, Irvine Novaquatics and in 2000, he joined the coaching staff at the Nunawading Swimming Club. Lisa Alexander
Our Great Coach on this episode is Lisa Alexander.Lisa Alexander was the coach of the Australian Netball team, known as the Diamonds, from 2011 to 2020. She finished her tenure with an 81% winning record.Her coaching journey started in country Victoria, before she progressed to coach the Melbourne Phoenix in the national competition, taking the team to two title wins in 2002 and 2003.She was appointed head coach of the Australian U21 netball team in 2006. Lisa coached the Australian National team for 102 matches; winning 83 of those games. She oversaw gold medal successes at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and 2015 Netball World Cup, as well as silver medals at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2019 Netball World Cup.Lisa is an articulate and passionate coach; who speaks candidly about the issues propelling elite performance. Our Great Coach on the Episode is rugby's Dwayne NestorDwayne is an Australian professional rugby coach with over 14 years coaching elite level rugby. He's the current Head Coach of the Australian Women’s International Rugby Team, the Wallaroos.In 2016, he coached the Perth Spirit to a Championship and joined the coaching staff of the Wallaroos, the Australian Women’s International Rugby Team in 2017 becoming their Head Coach in 2018.Outside of Rugby, Dwayne is a strong advocate for the development of coaches and individuals through his organisation SiSu Life, where he specialises on the mental development of athletes and professionals in creating high performance mindsets.
