In this episode, Crawlspace Media's Tim Pilleri, Lance Reenstierna, and Jennifer Amell speak about the crimes of John Regan.On September 10th, 1993 John Regan broke into Donna Palomba's house while her kids were asleep. He raped Donna at gunpoint only to disappear into the night afterwards. He then attempted to kidnap a high school student in Saratoga Springs, New York in 2004. We discuss his crimes and the potential possibility that he was looked at in Sheila Shepherd's unsolved murder. We released an 8 part series on Sheila's murder in January and February of 2023.This research was done by Maryann Stone White. One day in August of 2022, Mary and Shelley arrived with a note stating they enjoyed the home and decided to stay. However, the home is Don's mailbox. In the subsequent months, Mary and Shelley have adapted well. They have added a dog, a cousin with one foot, some nice furniture and they even dress up for the holidays.
