In this episode, my guest is the very wise and devoted tarot student and reader Cole of Rosie Cole Reads.   Cole and I explored the symbolism and significance of the Hermit card, exploring its connection to the upcoming year 2025 and The Magician's Table. We also touched on the evolution of tarot symbolism, the importance of trust in tarot readings, and the concept of reverence and devotion in the context of tarot. In this solo episode, I share how I work with an archetype called The Failed Magician. I posit that we all have a Failed Magician at all times - unrelated to constructs like “failure." In this episode, I bring back one of my favorite word witches, Lisa Quigley of The Glitch Witch. But my commitment to TMT in 2023 was an energetic message through the circuits of whatever connected me to that calling. I came to the Table to reverberate my clear YES through the timelines: I am here. I am ready. I will not turn away. I’m listening. It was toward the end of the TMT that I heard: The Glitch Witch—and just like that, more of my work revealed itself. Another glimmering thread to grasp in the dark. Another pull on the path of my heart. I call my mercurial and mutable practice Glitch Witchery and I am devoted to helping you remember who you are, and why you came here. Utilizing an intuitive blend of modalities, I collaborate with misfits, weirdos, freaks, and dreamers who are ready to claim their role as Sacred Aberrations in the human collective. One of the scariest things about tapping into desire timelines is sensing what that desire is going to want from us. This episode is all about that.  Our desires drive us into initiation. If there's anything that I've learned about the birth chart over my years as an astrologer and a teacher of astrology, it's that the birth chart is a confrontation. That is, the birth chart is very confrontational. This isn't something that I see lots of people talking about, but I think it's crucial to name for anyone who's curious about getting closer to their charts and going deeper with astrology.  In this episode, I share the core fears that I see come up for beginners, students, and even professional astrologers as they relate to their chart. It's my desire that in naming what we fear we can alchemize what is vulnerable about the chart into something that feels more exciting, more loving, and more expansive.
