Hector Santiesteban and I connected through a Twitter Spaces he organized around unseen challenges women face in the podcasting industry.  Hector grew up around strong women who took control and led the way!  The women were running the show! He was surprised about the underrepresentation of women in podcasting. How different are we living generationally when we think of our lives compared to our grandparents' lives or compared to our children's?  People are never as simple as they may seem!  Better Call Daddy: The Safe Space for Controversy. Father’s Day can be challenging especially if you have childhood trauma!  Daniel Knight was his dad’s favorite, one of seven children, he started working in his dad’s bakery at a young age. His dad was his hero and someone he looked up to.  Turns out the bakery could have been a front for what his dad was really doing!
